Birth Doula Care
As a birth doula, I am there for you through your pregnancy, labor, and birth of your baby. I provide emotional support and physical comfort to you during your prenatal and birthing time.
My birth doula package includes:
Complete phone, text, and email contact throughout your pregnancy
2 prenatal meetings in your home to discuss your birth
On-call, 24hr support starting at 38 weeks
My presence during your labor and birth
1-2 hours immediate postpartum care
1 meeting in your home 2-3 days postpartum
Initial infant feeding support
On-call support your first 2 weeks postpartum
